• Choose a refund, size swap (subject to stock), or store credit - whatever works for you

• Items should be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags and original packaging intact
• Take a moment to double-check sizing and details before ordering - it helps us process everything faster
• Return shipping is on you, so we'd recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind

Shipping costs depend on your courier and location, and are calculated at checkout so there are no surprises.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

• UK customers: no import fees - we ship from within the UK
• EU & US customers: your country's import duties may apply and aren't included in our pricing. We're actively working on EU and US warehouses to fix this - coming soon.
