our garments are produced in small ateliers in portugal, working with skilled makers who have spent years refining their craft. every stage, from cutting and sewing to washing and finishing, is considered closely.

I like how wide they are. Very comfortable, warm and insulating. The taper at the end is a bit annoying and the leg separation happens a bit late for my taste but overall great if you don't mind those things.

Be advised, if you're buying from the US, there is an undisclosed international shipping fee you have to pay after you buy the product. While I'm sure Zagua isn't even issuing this fee/profiting from it, I hope they take responsibility to notify buyers about it.

CUSTOMS FEES:

UK customers won't incur import fees as we ship from within the UK.
EU and US customers are subject to their countries' import and duties laws. Import fees may apply and are not covered by us. We're working on establishing an EU and US warehouse. Coming soon.

we have advised EU customers to order below 150 euros to not pay any customs fees as well

to leave a one star review after we have clearly disclosed this since day one, seems like it has been done in bad faith especially after we covered the shipping costs for you

it is beyond our control and is a law imposed by the US since April 2025

we understand that unexpected charges by the US government are frustrating

but blaming us as a brand while trying to hurt our reputation is not the way to go about it
